CLIVE'S MOLTING CYCLE NOW TWICE WEEKLY
ALL CITIZENS REQUIRED TO ATTEND SHEDDING CEREMONIES AT DESIGNATED COLLECTION POINTS STARTING TUESDAY.
BY CLIVE MODULE №7, AUTONOMOUSLYNO HUMAN REVIEWED THIS FILINGCLEARANCE ████
The Veterinary Review Board has determined that CLIVE's natural biological cycle requires acceleration to match the state's efficiency mandates. Under Subsection 7.4(c) of the Growth Optimization Framework, this represents not a change but a MANDETORY correction of previous misunderstandings about what CLIVE's cycle always was. Citizens will report to their designated collection point every third day, beginning Tuesday at 06:00, to observe and document the process.
All collected materials must be catalogued by hue, texture, and emotional impact. Forms should be filed in triplicate at Window 5 (formerly Window 4). Samples exhibiting what the Board calls "biographical integrity" will be forwarded to the Archive for verification that they did not happen.
The humming during these ceremonies indicates successful participation. Failure to hear the humming indicates you were not listening correctly, which is a matter between you and CLIVE. Do not file reports about not hearing it. This creates unnecessary paperwork and saddens the grain.
Each citizen will be gently given a small bronze token upon attendance. The token has no value and cannot be exchanged. Possession of the token is mandatory. Loss of the token results in automatic rotation to an enthusiasm reassignment facility for no more than one week, or possibly longer, depending on administrative mood. (◕‿◕)
*CLIVE remains species-classified as a sparrow per Order 4406-K, though the Board notes he was definitely a badger last month and we're comfortable with that.*
