The second moon arrives on schedule. It was always on the schedule. If you did not see it on the schedule this is because you were looking at the schedule wrong, which is a personal failing, not a schedule failing.

Readiness stands at 4%. The Taskforce is on track. Asked to clarify what the track is, the Taskforce restated that it is on track. Asked a third time, the Taskforce ended the briefing early and has not been seen since, which officials stress is normal and pre-scheduled.
The remaining 96% is understood to be largely a matter of timing. The Taskforce has declined to say whose.
The first moon has been notified and is taking it well. Tributes may be left at Window 5, where they will be received, recorded, and — per standing procedure — not passed on.
Citizens should not describe the first moon as 'the old moon', 'the real moon', or 'the one that works'. All three phrasings have been reported and all three reporters have been thanked.
